The workshop supports participants in identifying their career goals. In this workshop, we will look at various methods for defining structurally fulfilling career goals.
Main topics
For a career goal to be fulfilling, it must be based on your own motivations, strengths and values. This is exactly what we identify in this workshop through self-reflective work and highly interactive group discussions. Participants will have a deep understanding of their interests and how they can develop their career goal.
