Week 1: Your goal

Week 3: Prioritization
- Learn a method to determine what is really important

The program includes:
- 4 x one-hour workshops
- 2x 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with me so that you can discuss your individual situation.
- WhatsApp group for all participants to stay in touch for the entire program time and beyond.
- Buddy-up system: Another participant will be your buddy with whom you can discuss the topics in more depth.
- Support: You can reach me via e-mail and WhatsApp for the entire period.
- Tasks: They help you to apply what you have learned profoundly and immediately to your life.
