Monika Sattler has never left her life to chance.
After graduating from high school, Monika wanted to go to the USA to play volleyball.
With no money and no network, she applied to over 100 universities - until she received a full scholarship.
Later followed the dream of the secret service: studying international security with a focus on nuclear policy at Georgetown University.
The James Bond career did not work out. Instead, she worked at the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
At the same time, she ran as an adventure racer with an elite team for 24 to 48 hours through the Everglades and the forests of the USA - navigation, exhaustion, decisions under pressure.
Shortly afterwards, she became an elite cyclist and realized that this was not her world.
At 30, she put her professional life to the test:
She quit her job as a management consultant in Australia and moved to Spain with just a backpack and her racing bike.
She knew no one, spoke no Spanish and had no plan B.
It was there that the idea for her first big project was born: cycling the complete route of the Vuelta a España - on the same day as the professional peloton, only hours earlier.
Most people thought it was impossible. She made it happen.
A few years later, she cycled all 124 Swiss mountain passes in 26 days - 56,000 meters of altitude, changing teams, closed roads, extreme weather conditions and the mental challenge of getting up every morning and riding on, and only uphill.
In 2025, she qualified for the HYROX World Championships despite suffering a severe slipped disc.
In 2026, she will run 30 accessible Swiss mountains in 30 days with over 40,000 meters of altitude.
Monika has learned a lot from her life's journey: every success is decided when motivation fades, the path becomes longer, resistance grows and setbacks occur.
From this experience, Monika developed a clear methodology for execution under demanding conditions:
how to continue projects when this phase occurs.
For 10 years she has been working as an international keynote speaker and executive sparring partner with leaders and teams who are not looking for theoretical models - but ways to really execute their plans.
Because success does not come from good intentions, but from consistent following through.
