More than just cycling

Monika Sattler cycled all 124 Swiss Alpine passes in 26 days. However, the challenge did not begin on the route, but months beforehand.
Within five months, an idea became a viable project.

During this time, she put together a core team of five people, found sponsors, organized routes, accommodation and logistics, and at the same time prepared herself athletically for the challenge.

An eight-person film team was also involved,
whose requirements and perspectives also had to be integrated into the project planning and implementation.

Several hats on

During this project, Monika Sattler was not only an athlete, but also a project manager and executive.
How she dealt with these organizational, personnel and content-related challenges forms a central part of her presentations today.

Movie Freigefahren

There is an 80-minute film documentary about the challenge. An 8-person film team accompanied them before, during and after the challenge - and it was about much more than „just“ cycling.

The rough course of the stage

Monika started in Nyon and drove clockwise through Switzerland
