As a one-off training session is usually not enough, I have developed customized mindset training plans that enable clients to train and strengthen their mindset.

What is the 6P test?
The 6P test relates to the 6 key factors for success and provides insight into which of the 6 key factors you are extremely strong in and which you could improve in. The 24 questions help you to set the right focus for your training. This makes the training efficient and very focused on the areas that may be holding you back from successfully pursuing your goal.

Your training is based on the following 6 key factors. Depending on your questionnaire results, the individual factors are weighted individually in your training.

Purpose
What is your why behind your goal? What motivates you to pursue it? This is the most important key factor, because the more you identify with your goal, the less anything will stop you from achieving it.
Potential
Do you know your strengths and do you use them? When was the last time you asked yourself who you are and what you stand for? In today's world, where external factors are constantly telling us how we (should) feel and think, we often forget to ask ourselves who we really are.
Power
Do we really make the decision for our goals or do we (subconsciously) let ourselves drift? Are we perhaps even afraid to take this decision (the power) for ourselves because we would then have to bear full responsibility for possible mistakes or failures? We can only pursue our goals successfully if we take responsibility for them.

Who is the training program for?
The training program is for people who already have a goal and want to achieve it successfully. Or they want to make a change but don't know what their next goal is.
The goals are of a professional or sporting nature.
They are motivated to complete their training and are open to new ways of thinking.

How does it work?
Simply book your training here.
You will then receive a personal email from me with a link to the 6P test (you can also take it beforehand) and another link to book your personal 45 min 1:1 meeting with me.
In the meeting I will give you an overview of the findings from the test and I will present you with an overview of your training plan. If you want to change anything, we can discuss it here and I will incorporate it into the detailed training plan.
Then your tailor-made program begins, consisting of videos, self-reflection tasks, mindset tasks, exercises and personal emails from me.
Regular check-ins ensure responsibility for tasks.
During this time, I am always available via Whatsapp or e-mail if there are any questions about the program.
At the end of the 4 weeks, we will have a 30-minute meeting to discuss the training effect. I will give you additional tips to create a lasting effect for your success.

Examples of who the training programs are for
The training program is for a 42-year-old woman who wants to change her career. She is currently CFO in a family business and wants to do something new. What? She doesn't know yet, but the thought that there are other options besides her current job is becoming more and more pressing. She has 2 children and is married.
The training program is also for a 45-year-old middle management woman who has a team of 7 people. However, 2 employees in particular drain her energy because they need a lot of attention. But she finds it difficult to simply say no. She also balances her energy-sapping job with family time. But she doesn't have enough energy for everything.
