General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Monika Sattler - Keynote Speaker
Location: Berne, Switzerland

1. scope of services
The booking includes the delivery of a keynote speech in accordance with the content, duration and target group agreed in advance. The content is coordinated in close cooperation with the client.

2. fee & terms of payment
The fee is exclusive of statutory VAT (where applicable) and is payable within 14 days of invoicing. For larger projects, a down payment of 50 % can be agreed.

3. expenses & travel costs
Travel, accommodation and catering costs will be invoiced separately or included in a lump sum, depending on the agreement.

4. withdrawal by the client
The following conditions apply in the event of cancellation by the client:
up to 60 calendar days before the event: free of charge
59-30 days before: 50 % of the fee
less than 30 days in advance: 100 % of the fee
Expenses already incurred will be charged separately in all cases.

5. cancellation by the speaker
In the event of illness or force majeure, a suitable alternative date will be sought together. Liability for any resulting damages is excluded. If possible, a qualified substitute will be proposed.

6. rights & records
The content of the keynote speech remains the intellectual property of the speaker. Recording, forwarding or other use (e.g. video recording, streaming, internal training courses) requires written consent.

7. confidentiality
Both parties undertake to treat confidential information disclosed in the course of the cooperation with discretion and not to pass it on to third parties.

8 Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bern.
