My story about change, seemingly impossible goals and my mission
Hello, my name is Moni.
At the age of 19, I wanted to become a secret agent and therefore studied international security in the USA with a focus on nuclear weapons.
I quickly realized that the reality was different. I then worked at the IMF and the World Bank. Nothing stood in the way of my career. Except for my passion for sport. After a failed professional cycling career, I became a management consultant. That didn't fulfill me and so, at 30, I was faced with the big question: what do I really want from my career?
With nothing but my bike, I set off to the other side of the world to answer this question. I realized that many people are in the same situation. But they were afraid to step out of their comfort zone to realize their full potential and go their own way.
Helping them became my mission.
For ten years, my great passion as a coach has been to help leaders and entrepreneurs pursue their goals by embracing change, overcoming obstacles and the fear of the unknown, and realizing their full potential.
As an international speaker, she has led over 120 keynotes and workshops and worked with well-known companies such as AWS, Deutsche Telekom, UPS and AXA.
Why work with me?
I have lived through many extreme changes in my life and know the feeling of disorientation. I know what it's like to plunge into the unknown and pursue seemingly unattainable goals - both in my career with my own company and as a top athlete with two cycling records.
This experience gave rise to my model, which I have been using successfully for over ten years in my coaching sessions, workshops, programs and lectures to help clients change and achieve their goals.
My unconventional approach offers fresh perspectives and lasting insights. Clients appreciate my authenticity and ability to quickly immerse myself in their situation and offer targeted support.
Don't try to change people. Give them the tools so that they can do it themselves.

Monika Sattler: "Knowing yourself is the most important thing"
The woman has energy without end. Monika Sattler is back from her latest challenge: she cycled all 124 Swiss passes in one month. She talks to Anita Richner about her motivation, personal crises and the importance of courage. At the age of 30, Monika Sattler was at a low point. She had two master's degrees from renowned American universities under her belt and had gained career experience at the IMF, the World Bank and IBM. But she was not happy. In "Focus," she tells how she radically turned her life around, what role sports played in the process, and why it's so important to pursue your inner passions.

Monika Sattler lives fast.
So quickly, in fact, that she already had a midlife crisis at the age of 30 - that's what she calls the low she was in. What she had achieved by then lasts until retirement for other people: The German, who now lives in Bern, studied security sciences, focusing on nuclear weapons, at Georgetown University in the USA on a sports scholarship in volleyball. She then worked for the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. At 24, she began racing bikes, and a year and a half later she was a professional cyclist for three months...to the article .here
