How it works:
Initial consultation
We'll get to know each other and I'll introduce you to my approach. You decide whether it's right for your team.
Fitness check
As in physical training, we first do a check-up: What are the challenges? Where is the problem? What should be trained?
Training plan
I will then create a customized training plan for you, which we will tackle together step by step.
Accompaniment & check-up
As your coach, I will accompany you, ensure that the exercises are carried out safely and effectively and make sure that your motivation remains high.
