HYROX
World Championship qualification
In November 2024, due to an injury
regular training is temporarily not possible.
Three months later, Monika Sattler qualified
for the HYROX World Championships.
What is Hyrox?
HYROX is an international competitive sport,
which combines running with functional strength exercises.
The format is aimed at performance-oriented athletes
and is held worldwide in standardized races.

Background
This qualification was not the result of long-term planning,
but from dealing with changed conditions and the question of how execution remains possible after a setback.
