Executive sparring

A confidential space for C-level people when decisions are unclear and complex or when implementation becomes difficult and orientation, clarity and consistency are required.

For whom

  • CEO / CFO / COO / CHRO / Executive Board
  • Entrepreneurs who bear responsibility for direction and results
  • Leaders who have to make decisions under high uncertainty or deliver over long periods of time

Where this sparring starts

When the direction is clear,
but implementation is not progressing.

When decisions have been made,
but the organization does not implement them properly.

When responsibility grows, the pressure increases
and every decision has real consequences.

If it's not about motivation,
but clarity, priority and consistent action.

Why Monika?

Monika Sattler is a certified executive coach (University of St Gallen) and has been working for over two decades in contexts where decisions have to be made under uncertainty and execution is carried out over long, challenging phases.

Her experience combines international organizations, corporate practice and exceptional long-term sports projects - environments in which clarity, responsibility and consistency are required on a daily basis.

She knows the internal and structural tensions,
that arise during difficult decisions and stressful execution phases from our own leadership reality.
